Bobst Group SA: Board of Directors, Patrice Bula

After having served as a member of the Board of Directors and its Audit Committee for 2 years Patrice Bula has decided not to stand for re-election at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 4 April, 2019 due to other commitments. We express our warmest thanks for his various contributions.

As stated before, Bobst Group SA will publish its annual financial statements on 27 February 2019.
