Visitors to the BOBST booth #22 at the Label Summit Latin America that takes place on 24 and 25 April 2018 at the Expo Guadalajara, Mexico, will be updated about the very latest BOBST narrow- and mid-web printing and converting equipment and process solutions for the label and packaging industry. They will also learn about the extent of the support that converters can rely on to maximize the productivity of their installed equipment.
“The number of new products and incremental technical updates that BOBST brings to the industry every year is truly remarkable, but our commitment to the industries we serve doesn’t stop with the equipment engineering and upgrade” comments Dario De Meo, Area Sales Manager for Mexico, Bobst Firenze. “Process and knowledge sharing, as well as market proximity in terms of service are also pivotal aspects of our approach to customer support”.
The full extent of BOBST capabilities to deliver support to its customers in Central and Latin America, and the efficient lifecycle management solutions that are available to converters throughout the lifespan of their installed equipment will be explained to interested visitors to BOBST booth, alongside information on the range of equipment. This includes two new machine configurations launched at Labelexpo Europe in September 2017: the M1 and the M5X.
The new M1, is a machine dedicated to label production. It features several technical updates, laser assisted pre-register setting (LaserSet) and automatic register setting and control (Print Tutor Eco), that enhance the press’ remarkable advantages in terms of sustainable operation, fast return on investment and TCO. Latest updates have also extended the range of filmic label applications handled by the machine.
The M5X is an optimized fixed configuration line that brings the technologies and performance of the M5 in terms of output quality and press efficiency within the reach of a wider number of printing and converting companies. Whilst offering less options for customization, the press ensures a short delivery time and a competitive cost of investment.
Also truly distinctive in the BOBST narrow- and mid-web range of solutions is the BOBST M6 line in terms of equipment performance. The machine exemplifies the advantages of inline UV flexo and all-in-one-pass multi-process printing and converting for labels, flexible packaging and carton packaging production, as well as the unique benefits of BOBST Digital Flexo automation combined with 7-color REVO Extended Color Gamut printing which has succeeded in uniting the entire press workflow through centralized standards and fully digitized press operation.
